Fill an element with a templated string

Use the | operator - called Literal substitutions in Thymeleaf:

<div th:text="|Poll type: ${poll.type}|"></div>
  • You can only use variable expressions here - e.g. ${..}
  • You can’t use conditional expressions, booleans, etc.
